SPECIFICALLY, THE THIRD DISTRICT COURT OF APPEALS HAS SCHEDULED ORAL ARGUMENTS FOR OCTOBER 1, 2024, IN THE VILLAGE'S ONGOING LITIGATION IN THIS MATTER. ADDITIONALLY, THE VILLAGE HAS SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERNS AS TO THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE BRIDGE.
