I am very much against this. Since last meeting, the developer has not made any good faith gesture to engage with the residents of Palmetto Bay to discuss the scope and size of this project. INSTEAD the developer enacted to threaten the village with adding more units via a state bylaw. This behavior shows how they will threaten and change their development of the village gives in now. I’d be there in person but I am working.. which I’m sure was planned on purpose!’
