A) DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON THE VACANT LAND OF APPROXIMATELY 101,059 SQUARE FEET, CARRYING FOLIO NUMBER 33-5023-009-0120, LOCATED SOUTH OF SW 140TH STREET, REFERRED TO AS THE SITE, FOR THE PURPOSE OF USING IT AS A VILLAGE POCKET PARK.
There are Several statistical benefits associated with having a walkable passive green space community park:
1.Property Values: Proximity to green spaces, especially walkable parks, is associated with higher property values tend to command higher prices and experience increased demand.
