The Coral Reef Park Multi-Purpose Facility needs to have covered bike racks. Theey should be inverted "U" type, 36" apart, Close to the entrance, Convenient to bike facilities (no curb hops), and Covered to protect from rain & sun. They can be under the eaves if they are wide enough.
